We pursue the professional development of specialists in the field of clinical psychology by organizing scientific events, conducting workshops and interdisciplinary projects.
Through these initiatives, the association contributes to the permanent updating of knowledge, the exchange of experience between professionals and the integration of the latest scientific and therapeutic approaches into psychological practice in Romania. At the same time, we promote collaboration between academia, health institutions and the professional community, in order to support excellence and innovation in the field of mental health.
Research
We promote research across all areas of clinical psychology with the aim of diversifying and enhancing diagnostic and intervention resources, integrating the latest scientific findings, and supporting the professional development of clinical psychologists.
Training
We support the professional training of specialists through continuing education programs, professional supervision, and training workshops, offering them opportunities to deepen their knowledge and improve their clinical practice.
Scope
ARPC
The Romanian Association of Clinical Psychology (Asociația Română de Psihologie Clinică – ARPC) is a professional organization committed to the advancement and consolidation of clinical psychology in Romania. ARPC brings together clinical psychologists, academic faculty, researchers, and students who share the goal of enhancing the quality of mental health services and strengthening the role of the psychologist within society.
The Association’s mission is to support the continuous professional development of specialists and to foster scientific research, while providing a structured framework for interdisciplinary collaboration among professionals in related fields such as medicine, psychotherapy, and social work. Through the organization of conferences, workshops, and educational initiatives, ARPC cultivates a dynamic professional environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and best practices, contributing to the ongoing development of the field at both national and professional levels.
